You will find a fully equipped kitchen, quality sheets, and premium toiletries. It’s the perfect apartment for your trip. The space This freshly redesigned, renovated, and beautifully decorated apartment offers a stylish and comfortable stay. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with ample closet space. A dedicated desk and chair are also provided for those who need to work during their stay. For your comfort and hygiene, all linens are freshly changed after each reservation—never reused between guests—ensuring a clean and refreshing experience. We provide essential toiletries, including liquid body soap, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, hand/body lotion, toothpaste, and toothbrush(s). The kitchen is fully equipped with standard cookware, dishware, silverware, a K-cup coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Complimentary K-cup coffee, creamer, and sugar are also available for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. Other things to note *Access & Location: This apartment is situated on a vibrant residential street, you'll be part of a lively neighborhood community. *Security Measures: For your safety and security, We have one doorbell with camera at the front main entrance facing outward and two cameras in the front lobby area and hallway facing the street. There are seven exterior cameras located at the four exterior corners of the building facing the alley/street. All cameras will be on during your stay. These cameras are active for security purposes only to ensure the safety of our guests and property. *Family Amenities: Traveling with little ones? We provide a pack n play, high chair, and a selection of books and toys. While we welcome families, please note the space is not fully childproofed, and we encourage a watchful eye on younger guests. The apartment’s standard setup accommodates up to 4 guests. The sofa bed can be prepared at no extra charge upon request, but it’s only available when the guest count is greater than two. *Quiet Hours & Community: We value our community’s tranquility. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During weekends in the summer, neighborhood activity can be lively, but we provide earplugs to ensure your comfort. Your respect for our neighbors and adherence to these quiet hours helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. *Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substance and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Local laws also restrict smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Adherence to this policy is crucial. *Check-In/Out Flexibility: We offer early check-ins and late check-outs on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $25/hour, subject to availability.
