Please do not lose it and remember to leave it inside the apartment at check-out, as a €200 fine will apply if the pass is missing. Paid parking is available in front of the building for up to €25 per day for additional vehicles. No show policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and does not inform us 32 hours after check-in time, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The remaining nights of the stay will be canceled without refund, and the calendar will be reopened for new bookings. Please notice that no refunds will be granted for late arrivals.
