This open space is ideal for couples with kids or a single person wanting a nice space near to the ocean. At the Roof of the building there are 2 communal pools with ocean view and inside the apartment you have a beautiful private pool. Should you want to cook, the place comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Should you not... The quinta avenida is a block away with many of the nicer restaurants around the corner. Stay cool at night with the AC, or simply leave the patio doors open and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. In playa the energy payment is expensive, so in your stay you have 15 kw per day included, the extra cost per kw is 5 pesos
