Condo in Puerto Aventuras

Beautiful QUIET and CLEAN 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just a 7 minute walk to the community center and the beautiful Caribbean Ocean/Beach! Holladay House has all the modern ammenities of home! Villas las Palmas 2 has a pool, Bar-B-Que & lounging area on the rooftop accessed by stairs OR an elevator. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space Holladay House can sleep 6 and has a full kitchen stocked with all kitchen appliances and accessories, including drinking water service. Holladay House is located in the Villas las Palmas II complex on the second floor with a balcony that has a jacuzzi tub! A Welcome Book with an abundance of information will be sent to you before your arrival via email, to include check in instructions, my property managers contact information and your individual door code for self check-in. There is Wireless WiFi, TV (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom with many DvD's for kids as well as adults), Roku so you can access your Netflix account, cards and some games, beach towels and beach bags, "kids" dishes to include plastic plates, bowls and cups, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a smoke/carbon monoxide detector for your safety, lots of maps of the Riviera Maya area along with many brochures of several local attractions (Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, snorkeling, shopping, ferry to Cozumal and so much more!) and a safe in the master bedroom for piece of mind, along with several other items. Villas las Palmas II has parking in front or near by and an elevator (all is handicap accessable EXCEPT the pool does have steps going up to it) to all floors, including the roof, where there is a pool (NOTE: The pools on the ground floors are private pools for those units only. My guests can NOT use them! You can only use the pool on the rooftop), a bathroom with an outdoor shower (to rinse off with just water), lounging areas and a charcoal BBQ grill!!! The golf course is practically in the back yard, in the safe, gated community of Puerto Aventuras (with its own Security) which is between Cancun and Tulum so central to everything! Puerto Aventuras community center has it’s own shops, restaurants, stores, swim with the Dolphins, Sea Lions and Manatees, Tennis and Raquetball courts, church, laundry, dentist, doctor, farmers market, gym, massage, beauty shop and so much more just a 7 - 8 minute walk from Holladay House. Puerto Aventuras also has the only marina on the entire Riviera Maya! For a wonderful holiday/vacation on the awesome Riviera Maya, Mexico come stay in Holladay House where “Mi casa es su casa”! Guest access The roof top area is open to all that stay at Villas las Palmas II to enjoy the beautiful views, sunshine, relaxing pool, lounging areas, charcoal BBQ grill, restroom and outdoor shower. The entire building is handicap/wheelchair accessible EXCEPT to get into the pool where there are steps to do so. There is a handrail on the steps, though. Other things to note There is a laundry service you can take your laundry to, for an inexpensive fee, and pick it up the next day right in Puerto Aventuras as there is no laundry to be used in the condo unless you are staying for a month or more. Also, there is no charging station at the condo for golf carts so if you want to rent one, ask the place you rent from about charging it, please.
