Spacious, large house, 3 suites with air conditioning, with leisure area and direct access to the condominium pool, being the first house on the seafront. Sleep relaxing to the sound of the sea and wake up to the view of the sunrise from the suite balconies. The space The house is in a condominium literally right on the sand, being the first house facing the sea. Access to the beach is via a staircase on the side of the condominium. It has an upper floor with 2 large suites, each containing 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 single auxiliary bed. The suites have a private balcony and perfect sea views. The ground floor has a suite with 1 queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The house's balcony has sea views, a barbecue, and a gate leading to the condominium's swimming pool, just 5 meters away from the house. Guest access The entire house is at the guest's disposal, except for some closets for the owner's private use to store personal belongings. Other things to note The house is located in a condominium, which does not allow events and parties, and the law of silence must be respected from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests will have a daily allowance of 30 kW of electricity, with a charge of R$ 1.60 for each KW exceeded. The energy clock will be checked at check-in and check-out.
