Tiny house close to Rotterdam

Welcome to our cozy tiny house in the polder of Poortugaal and close to Rotterdam! Our tiny house is 18m2 and equipped with every comfort. There is a seating area and a fold-out dining table. There is a kitchenette with faucet, combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric stove, tea and coffee making facilities and complete tableware. In the same room, there is also the double bed (140 by 200 cm). Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, sink and toilet. There is a sitting area and a fold-out dining table with two dining chairs. There is a kitchenette with a faucet, a combination microwave, a separate two-burner electric hob, tea and coffee making facilities, and complete tableware. The double bed (140 by 200 cm) is also in the same room. Through a sliding door, you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. Board games, puzzles and reading books are available in the tiny house. The tiny house is heated by underfloor heating and with the air conditioning unit that hangs on the wall (which can both heat and cool). With a little luck, you can spot pheasants, hares and deer in the meadow behind the garden in the morning and afternoon/evening. Bedding and towels are included. There is free parking on the property. You can charge using a normal 230V power outlet. We calculate the cost of this afterward. We do this by recording the meter reading when you enter and when you leave. We subtract the average per day from this (7 kWh per day, see listing), and we will charge €0.30 per kWh for what remains. We will invoice this afterwards via a payment request. We look forward to seeing you soon in our tiny house! Early check-in (from 1 p.m.) and/or late check-out (no later than 1 p.m.) is possible in consultation and for an additional fee. Our tiny house is a 2-person cottage. Staying with a baby up to 2 years old is possible. We will then put a folding camping bed in place. Older children (up to a maximum of 5) can also stay in a folding camping bed for a fee of €10 per night. Please note that the space becomes very small with another camping cot in it. Our tiny house is opposite the apartment, which we also rent out through Airbnb. Since our tiny house has just been finished, we still have some work to do outside in the garden, so it is not completely finished yet, and you may run into us from time to time. Our sweet and enthusiastic dog Summer will greet you cheerfully! The apartment is next to our house. We are a family with 3 small children, who regularly play in the garden. You can hear this. They are in bed by 8 PM, so it is definitely quiet until the morning. There is a private parking space (free of charge) and Wi-Fi. We have a Chromecast and a Netflix account that can be used. We expect the tiny house to be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. The nearest shops are 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore, snack bar). Around the corner is the nature reserve De Rhoonse Grienden, where you can hike and bike. The metro stations Rhoon and Poortugaal are 5 minutes away by car (free parking), and metro station Rhoon is a 20-minute walk away. There are also several beaches within a 30-minute drive from our tiny house (Rockanje, Hoek van Holland). The "de Buytenhof" care farm and the Rhoon golf course are also close to our tiny house. Nice cities to visit in the area: * Rotterdam: 20 minutes by car, 15 minutes by metro. * The Hague: 35 minutes by car, 50 minutes by metro. * Delft: 25 minutes by car, 45 minutes by metro and train. * Leiden: 45 minutes by car, 1 hour by metro and train. * Dordrecht: 20 minutes by car. 40 minutes by metro and train. * Amsterdam: 1 hour by car. 1 hour and 10 minutes by metro and train. * Kinderdijk (typical Dutch windmills); 25 minutes by car. - Rotterdam Central Station (train) is 20 minutes by metro. From here, you can take the train to various cities. Bike rental is available for €12.50 per day (city bike with 7 gears) and for €25 per day for an electric bike.
