Bright, quiet accommodation (facing the courtyard), with garage, large kitchen, fully equipped. A local market is available at the door on Saturdays. Close to Tony Garnier Hall & Grandes Locos. Toilet separate from the bathroom. - Garage: in the driveway at the back of the building Apartment located on the second floor without elevator access. Immediate access to the apartment by vehicle with its garage in the backyard. Accommodation located 8 minutes from the center of Oullins, 10 minutes' walk from the metro, and Lyon 8 minutes' drive. Buses accessible at the bottom of the accommodation. Amenities are available around the apartment (bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, butcher, grocery store) as well as a shopping mall 2 minutes by car/10 minutes on foot (Intermarché). Close to Hall Tony Garnier (1 metro stop), Nuit Sonores (12 min walk), & the Confluence and Vieux Lyon neighborhoods. No air conditioning, but equipped with a Rowenta fan. Guest access Check-in is autonomous via key box. We remain available as needed to meet or communicate by phone or app. Other things to note Pets allowed. Please let us know in advance, an additional cleaning fee of €8 is applied for cleaning. This extra cost is charged to us by the cleaning staff. Pets can be declared directly on Airbnb 😊
