Beach chairs and umbrellas, calm and clean sea for bathing. The space Beautiful, complete oceanfront apartment, with a panoramic view of the entire bay and a spectacular sunset. It has a privileged location, right in front there is a pharmacy and supermarket, a few meters away there are bars and restaurants. It is very close to the beaches of Mariscal and Canto Grande and 5 km from the central beach of Bombinhas, Sepultura and Retiro dos Padres. Calm, clean and tranquil sea, ideal for children. Guest access The apartment is private and guests will only have shared access to the elevator, stairs, parking and exit to the beach. There is no shared ballroom or barbecue area in this building. Other things to note As it is a family residence, parties and loud noise are not allowed after 10 p.m. We only accept small pets, bring your own bed and do not let them climb on the beds and sofa. We do not provide bed linens but we do have pillows and blankets available. No smoking inside the property. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas. For the use of appliances and electronics, our voltage is 220 W. For safety reasons, keep the garage door closed after use, as well as the entrance and apartment doors. Take care during storms in the late afternoon, close windows and balcony doors.
