Have fun with the whole family at this stylish lake home. Our 3 bedroom 1.5 bath has been completely renovated to give our guest everything a 5 star place should be. We are located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. Step out the front door directly onto a patio oasis with outdoor dining and lounging. Just steps off the patio one can enjoy the grassy landscape and the lakeside fire-pit. Lake life continues out to the end of our 120 foot pier. The space This home was renovated and designed specifically to be a comfortable and relaxing lake vacation home. Kick back in the living space and enjoy the 55" Smart Tv and access all your personal streaming services. Turn on the relaxing fire place, get cozy, and enjoy. Our kitchen if fully stocked and equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, & blender. We have all the utensils, cookware, and serving pieces necessary to enjoy delicious meals throughout your trip. Don't forget the propane gas grill on the patio as well. And most importantly the coffee bar, Make hot or cold coffees, lattes, and more with the Kurig K-Cafe Duo and Drip maker. We provide K pods, flavored syrup, sugar, honey, tea, and more. We do not provide coffee grounds or filters Each bedroom is comfortable and cozy. 2 bedrooms each with Queen size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have bedside tables and maps, sounds machines, comfortable bedding. The main full bathroom is luxurious with is full spa shower system that includes a rain shower head and multiple body jets. The second bathroom has both a stool, sink, and is also equipped with our large stacking washer and dryer unit. Now its time to play, The house has family board games and yard games to enjoy throughout your trip. No secrets here, The home is located right next to a well ran local establishment. There are also 2 other local eateries in walking distance, a park and a boat launch. This is lake life at its best. Expect to see or hear kids splashing in the water, waves crashing, laughter around the fire at night, and and occasional music and chatter from local businesses. Kayaks and a Stand Up Paddle board are available for guest to use, life jackets and paddles are included. ***Pier is seasonal, typically from Memorial day to mid October. Depending on the water level the pier can be anywhere from 40ft to 110ft long**** Guest access Guest will self check in with personal door code Other things to note Our lake home is located is the Charlie's Bluff neighborhood of Milton, WI. This is a quaint lakeside neighborhood that is easily walkable and bikeable. The neighborhood has a public park, boat launch, Wisconsin famous supper club, and 2 local bar establishments. Buckhorn Supper Club as seen on OnWisconsin and Wisconsin Supper Club books. Buckhorn is a 5 min walk away and has everything you can expect from a traditional club. Its a must go it. OverFlow Lounge: Located directly next door to our home. Pop in for lunch or dinner or a late night band. JR's Pub: Just a short 4 minute walk away. Royce Dallman Park and Boat Launch: 2 min away The home and yard sizes in this community are small Guest can expect to see and hear neighboring homes and business.
