Private apartment with separate entrance

Cozy apartment with wooden ceilings, located in a residential area with parking inside the property. It has a large hall, dressing room, bathroom with shower and a large double room with work space (possibility of adding a cot and/or extra bed). The dining room gives access to the garden and has a fully equipped kitchen and a large barbecue, so you can enjoy meals outdoor. The space The bedroom area of the apartment is located in the semi-basement of the main house, but it has windows to the outside. From this area there is easy access to the dining/BBQ room crossing the garage and in it, we find the entrance and exit door to the outside of the apartment that is for the exclusive use of guests. The environment: Caldes de Malavella, has been known since ancient Rome as "Acuae Calidae" (hot waters), for the health of its thermal waters that spring from the ground at 60 degrees and have mineral-medicinal properties. Still today you can visit the perfectly preserved original Roman baths, or let yourself be pampered like a true Roman in one of the splendid new spas in the town that use this medicinal water for their circuits and treatments, unlike the modern Spas of the cities. The town is located in a privileged enclave in the middle of nature, for lovers of hiking and mountain biking, it has more than 150 signposted routes, but at the same time, it is a short distance from the best beaches on the Costa Brava (Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Platja d'Aro….) and the most bustling and cosmopolitan cities such as Girona and Barcelona. So whether you like relaxation, the mountains, the beach, visiting big cities or having a varied offer for your getaway, you will love the location. It also has a train station 5 minutes away on foot, so you don't need a car, and if you want to move around by bike, we'll leave it for you!
