Winter guests welcome! Relax and enjoy the best Orange Beach has to offer during any season. Well-kept, recently updated condo at Back Bay with amazing water views of Johnson Cove, Terry Cove, Robinson Island and Perdido Pass leading into the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy balcony breezes, fantastic local food and a spacious pool, all in a quiet setting just minutes away from the white sand beaches, Wharf entertainment and shopping district, charter fishing and local hangouts. The space Master bedroom has king sized bed and en suite bath with double vanity and spacious shower. Bedroom opens onto the deck, and has large windows with amazing views of the water. Second bedroom has twin over twin bunk bed, a full sized bed, and a roll away twin bed. Second bathroom has spacious shower and lots of storage space. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and includes dishes, pots and pants, cooking and eating utensils, as well as small appliances such as blender, air fryer, keurig, and food processor. Living space is large with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen has table with four chairs and extra chairs/bar stools available. All rooms have flat screen TVs. Linens, blankets, towels, pillows and a starter set of soaps and paper products are provided. Condo is well-stocked with games and books. Back Bay is quiet and secluded, but is conveniently located just minutes away from many local restaurants (OSO, Doc's Avenue Pub, GT's, BOLO, and the Tiki, to name a few!), is less than ten minutes away from the sugar sand beaches and crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico, and is within minutes of many other local favorites including The Wharf Entertainment District, The Hangout, multiple local charter fishing opportunities, the Flora-Bama, Gulf State Park, OWA, and many other places to go, relax, eat, and have fun. Please contact me if you are interested in a stay of less than the nightly minimum or a longer-term stay. Guest access Guests can enjoy the large pool, the sun deck, the wharf, kayak and canoe launch, areas to fish, and green spaces along the water. Guest parking for two vehicles is included. There is no boat or trailer parking, and boat slips are unfortunately not available. Sportsman's Marina, just a few hundred yards to the west, provides docking services that guests with boats often use.
