The space -8 minutes walk from Abiko Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, and 10 minutes walk from Sugimotocho Station on the JR Hanwa Line. -Although it is conveniently located for business and sightseeing, unlike business hotels, you can rent out spacious rooms. The modern and functional design will relieve the fatigue of long journeys. The living room has a sofa and a cafe table. The bathroom and toilet are separate, so even if you are staying with multiple people, you can stay comfortably without worrying about each other being on the same line. -There are three single beds in the bedroom, and a sofa bed and futon in the living room, so up to 5 people can stay. ※The sofa bed and futon are in the storage on the first floor, so you will need to set them up yourself. -We are fully equipped with all daily necessities such as a microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, washing machine, wifi, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and body soap so you can feel like you are at home. - Abiko Station is highly convenient and full of various attractions, and you can find everything you need. It also includes directions and information on electronic products, so we will provide peace of mind for those who are worried about their trip. 【Guests staying for one week or more/long-term stays】 - If you have accumulated trash and would like it collected, please contact us by message. We will show you how to put out your garbage according to the collection day. - Generally, there is no cleaning during the stay, but if you would like it, it is available for 7,500 yen per session. Please contact us by message. Guest access -This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house to yourself. 100% privacy. -The room is free to use 24hours. -Please keep quiet in the house ※. Other things to note -Due to the Osaka City National Strategic Special Zone Foreigner Accommodation Facility Management Project[Tokku Minpaku], the minimum stay is two days. -Only towels for the number of people at the time of reservation are provided in the room. -Check in and out time is strict.
