We live next door and are always available to ensure a comfortable, peaceful stay. The House: Recently renovated, Casa Valle Zello is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor you find a large living room with sofa bed and smart TV, perfect for relaxing. The equipped kitchen invites you to prepare and enjoy meals together, while the private terrace offers enchanting views, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or evenings under the stars. Each bedroom comes with a TV and private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Amenities and Convenience: The house is equipped with all modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and convenient outdoor parking. There is also a nice garden where you can relax or let the kids play. Ideal for: Families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful stay in the Piedmontese countryside. Casa Valle Zello is the perfect place to get away from the routine and enjoy nature, offering ample spaces and a cozy environment. We live in the house next door and although we work outside the house during the day, we are always reachable by phone for any need. We are available in person in the early morning and evening to respond to special needs or to offer direct assistance. Our discreet but attentive presence guarantees that your stay at Casa Valle Zello is comfortable and carefree. Guest access ➾ Self check-in available from 4:00 p.m. onwards ➾ Check-out by 10 a.m. Upon request, we can arrange early check-in or late check-out. Other things to note IMPORTANT 》Before arrival, each guest must provide a copy of their ID or passport. 》Pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night starting from 12 years of age. 》It is accessed by an unpaved uphill road 》A very sweet and gentle dog and two affectionate cats live freely in our courtyard. None of these animals are dangerous, but it's important for our guests to know. 》The price of Casa Valle Zello varies based on the number of occupants. Staying in two, the other rooms and the bathroom on the ground floor will be closed; if you want separate rooms, you must notify us to apply the appropriate supplement. HOUSE RULES 》No smoking 》No parties or events 》Pets are not allowed in the house 》Charging electric cars is not allowed. 》 The host does not clean during the guests' stay.The host reserves the right to view the apartment upon notice and in any case during check-out. 》 It is forbidden to invite strangers and/or unregistered persons into the house.
