Magnificent newly renovated apartment, with a beautiful view, located in the Golfo Paradiso, in PUNTA CHIAPPA, a few meters from the sea, in the heart of the Park and the Marine Protected Area of Portofino. Reachable only by sea, by boat from Camogli (Camogli-Punta Chiappa-San Fruttuoso line), by taxi boat or private boat, or on foot from San Rocco di Camogli (2 km.). Boat rentals and mooring are available in front of the house. The space The apartment is located on the street level of the picturesque pedestrian street that leads to Punta Chiappa; entrance to the living room with a sitting area and dining table, which communicates with the double bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet and shower with thermostatic mixer. The living room and rooms have seafront windows and are equipped with air conditioning/air conditioning. Wifi signal is available throughout the house. The water is drinkable and good. Accommodation tax to be paid upon arrival € 2.50 per person per night (nights beyond the seventh day and children under the age of 15 are exempt). Other things to note Keep in mind that by car or train you can get to Camogli, to continue by sea to PUNTA CHIAPPA with the boats of the Golfo Paradiso company, or you can get to San Rocco by car from which you can reach Casa 51 with a pedestrian path downhill, mostly a staircase, of 2 km. about 30 minutes. There are restaurants in Punta Chiappa, but there are no shops. For walkers: There are several trails that run through the Portofino Park area, not to be missed. Visit the Punta Chiappa Community website, you will find live webcams (they are 30 meters from Casa 51) and interesting news. Events to attend/see Evocative feast of the STELLA MARIS on the first Sunday of August: in the morning, a procession of boats and Holy Mass at the altar of the Punta; in the evening, the placing of candles in the sea. The spectacular RECCO FIREWORKS on September 7 and 8 can be admired from a safe distance, appreciating their beauty. Abbey of SAN FRUTTUOSO/ Cristo degli Abissi and PORTOFINO, easily accessible by sea.
