Located 25 minutes drive from Port Douglas this shouse has everything you need to relax and unwind, while having two World Heritage sites, the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree rainforest at your fingertips. Relax and unwind in the outdoor Jacuzzi, spark up the campfire, or just stare at the view….You’re welcome! The space If you want to stay in a world class tourist destination, but don't like the hustle and bustle, come and enjoy the peace a quiet of Miallo. The Sugar Shack is perched on one of the area's most desirable streets and affords dramatic views over the wondrous cane fields below out to the azure blue of the Coral Sea. Watch the sun come up from the your king sized bed, cook up a storm in your fully equipt kitchen, listen to the birds while relaxing on the outside couches, take in a full sky of stars at night, start the fire and enjoy the warmth, rejuvinate in the Jacuzzi, just chill!!!! If you work from home there is a double office desk and wifi, and if its not a romantic holiday you are after bring some mates, there is a super comfy Queen pull out bed in the lounge area. Guest access The Sugar Shack is all yours!!! You share a driveway with us as we live on another pad a bit further up. You will only see us coming and going from work. There is dense rainforest between the two houses. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Sugar Shack is an adults only retreat (13 +) due to being situated on a cliff with no fencing.
