Double room with an ensuite bathroom. Please note that there are no cooking facilities, and you do not have access to the rest of the house. We only have 1 parking space, but there is plenty of free street parking. You are provided with free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in your room, a smart TV, a hairdryer, and an iron. Good rail and road access to the main motorways is nearby. The area is quiet, and you have many local amenities within walking distance. 24 hours access The space This is a double room with an ensuite bathroom. The property is a bungalow, and your room is at the entrance (on the right as soon as you enter the property, room #1), providing easy access to enter and leave the property. We do live at the back of the property, so we may need access to the main door from time to time, such as for deliveries, etc. However, we try to use the side gate for access as much as we can to be able to give you as much privacy as possible. This room does not come with a designated parking space (we are working on this); however, there is plenty of free street parking available. We provide tea and coffee-making facilities, plates and cutlery. Clean bedding & towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is a mini fridge in your room with some complimentary water. You have a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron in your room. There is a smart TV with access to the Internet, and you are provided with FREE WIFI. The road is a quiet residential road and is within 10 minutes of the M25 Motorway, Junction 12. There is a decent-sized convenience store 2 minutes' walk away, you have several takeaway outlets at a similar distance, and the main shopping area is 4 minute drive away or 15 minute walk. Ideal for Heathrow access, Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Hampton Court Palace, Windsor and train access to central London. The train station is approx. 15 minutes' walk away with access routes to London Waterloo and Windsor. Access is available 24 hours a day. Guest access You have 24-hour access to the property. There is a key lock outside the property, by the front door, where you will be provided a code for your 2 keys. The main house door and your room. Please note the main door does not lock if closed only, key needs to be used to lock it. Code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Please ensure that whenever you vacate the property, the keys are returned to the key lock box or put through the letter box after locking up the main door. Any lost key(s) will incur a cost. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS (EXCEPT FOR SERVICE ANIMALS) ALERGY NOTICE: WE DO HAVE A CAT AND A DOG ON THE PREMISES, BUT THEY HAVE ZERO ACCESS TO YOUR ROOM. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AND ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE ROOM AND OTHER GUESTS. DRUG USE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, AND POLICE MAY BE CALLED SHOULD THIS HAPPEN. WE LIVE AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. HOWEVER, WE TRY TO USE THE SIDE ACCESS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU PRIVACY. THE ROOM IS THERE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT AND RELAXATION. THE PROPERTY IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA, AND WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS. YOU CAN ACCESS THE PROPERTY 24 HOURS, THERE IS EXTERNAL AND PIR LIGHTING IN THE HALLWAY. THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY HAS A RING DOOR BELL & 24 HR CCTV, AND THERE IS ALSO A CAMERA IN THE HALLWAY LEADING TO YOUR ROOM. WE HAVE TWO LETABLE ROOMS IN THE PROPERTY. BUT MOST OF THE TIME WE ONLY LET OUT ONE ROOM AT A TIME. THE ROOM HAS EMERGENCY LIGHTING, FIRE ALARM LOOPED TO THE MAIN HOUSE, FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND FIRE BLANKET, SMALL FIRST AID KIT. THERE IS A CHARGE FOR LOST KEYS: £85 FRONT DOOR, £45 ROOM DOOR.
