Completely renovated in 2022, on the 2nd and top floor of a condominium secured by a barrier with private parking lot and elevator, you will understand, our Kairos enjoys an exceptional view overlooking the clear waters of Lake Bourget, but also the surrounding mountains! The space This 43 m² 2-room rooftop apartment also has a large 20 m² terrace, guaranteed boat deck effect! It is ideal for a romantic weekend, a short stay or a week-long vacation! With quality bedding including on the sofa bed, it can accommodate 4 adults and a maximum of one infant/baby (baby cot). Comfortable, bright, in a cozy and warm atmosphere, Kairos is a place of relaxation, rest and passion. As soon as you open the front door, you will feel like you are entering the wheelhouse of a ship, as the lake will impose itself on your view. After the entrance hall, you will find on your left, the bathroom (with additional dressing room and washing machine for longer stays) then directly opposite, the unoverlooked bedroom (with storage), which also benefits from a large bay window giving access to the large terrace. On the right, the living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with central island, will allow you to have lunch facing the lake. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, everything has been thought out for your comfort. In the continuity of the room, the cozy living room with sofa bed (bultex mattress) and armchair, connected TV (wifi on site) gives access through another bay window to the terrace. For the hot summer weather, we have equipped the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The "recessed" terrace (privacy ++, no neighbors and no nuisance) is at your disposal as soon as the weather is nice, in a relaxed lounge atmosphere.
