This 1 bed, 1 bath with additional full sofa bed vacation home guesthouse is newly remodeled. Look out your window to see the beautiful resort-style backyard with a LARGE heated saltwater pool and baja sun shelf with umbrellas and plenty of seating. This guesthouse has an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen & bar. There is also a fridge, gas BBQ grill and stove and Blackstone flat top for use near the pool and in the pool house kitchen. A pool bathroom is also on the first floor available for all guests. Also poolside is a dining/hang out area with outdoor string lights to set the sunset mood off right. This listing is for the guesthouse that is behind the main living quarters. Outdoor spaces may be shared with guests of the other 2 units. All units are available to rent together for large families. Air BNB will only collect for 1 day. The remaining amount will be requested to be paid via credit card after your stay. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. POOL HEATER RULES: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 15-20 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75). A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS. Other things to note This vacation rental is comprised of 3 seperate rental units.
