The Shell

Welcome to The Shell, located in Arch Cape! Step inside your home away from home and get ready to relax. There`s plenty of space to spread out in the open living room with a gas fireplace at one end of the room, a flat screen TV at the other end, and lots of comfy furniture in between! The space You’ll want to check out the fully stocked and functional kitchen, complete with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. You`ll have plenty of sunlight streaming through the patio door from the backyard while whipping up a meal the whole family can enjoy. It’s easy to go from cooking to eating since the kitchen is large enough for the dining table and chairs. There are two colorful bedrooms to choose from. The first is the “Tree” Bedroom with green and yellow accents. The bedding and the art perfectly compliment the unique headboard on the full bed. Next door is the “Rose” bedroom with a queen bed and accents of pink and cream from the art work to the bed lamps. If you were looking for bland ordinary bedrooms, these aren’t it! Tucked in a cupboard between the two bedrooms are a stackable washer and dryer so you won’t have to overpack for your trip to The Shell. The bathroom is close as well so everything is right at hand and convenient. Step out onto the patio from kitchen and you’ll find the backyard awaits. Plenty of grass to play on and a perfect spot to lay out at night and star gaze, you`ll definitely want to spend some time outdoors while visiting The Shell, especially during those warm summer days! If you time your trip to The Shell just right the huckleberries may be in season. Please check out the huckleberry bushes in the yard and if they are ripe, go ahead and pick them. Enjoy! The beach access from The Shell is a short stroll away. Walk south down Pacific for a block and a half to Shark Tale Lane. Turn right and walk straight ahead past the Beach Sigh and there you are on the ocean shore ! The Shell is the perfect place to stay. It’s bright and cheerful, close to Cannon Beach and Manzanita yet just enough off the beaten path to relax, unwind, and enjoy the ocean breezes. Other things to note ** Important – Please note the following: This home is licensed under Clatsop County as a short-term rental thus allowing only one rental per 7-day period. Due to this regulation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation should it conflict with a pre-existing reservation. Every effort on the part of Beachcomber Vacation Homes will be made to avoid such conflicts, and Airbnb acknowledges and supports this intent. Should a conflict occur, the guest will be contacted by Beachcomber Vacation Homes via Airbnb within 24 hours of making said reservation. ** Due to this licensing, the calendar is restricted to have a constrained check in date so we may stay in compliance. Please reach out to us if you wish to stay with us longer than what the calendar shows as a reservation may usually be able to be extended by the check out date, not the check in date. The Shell will happily host your dog for a fee of $66.67 per dog per stay, plus tax. If you are bringing more than one dog buddy we will send you a request for additional funds via the Airbnb Resolution Center.
