The last quarter mile of the road to the cabin is a gravel road. It is lined with signs that will direct you the entire way. Depending on the weather, an SUV or Truck are the best type of cars to drive on the dirt/gravel road. Weather permitting, Sedans can also be used but it will be a little bit more of a bumpy ride! Other things to note There is an invasive lady bug from Asia in Tennessee right now that is particularly present in the Smoky Mountains. It is impossible to fully keep them out of the cabins but we have taken every measure possible.
