The space This gorgeous waterfront listing is centrally located right near the coastline, 2 hours southeast of Orlando and 45 minutes north of the Palm Beaches. It is situated right above a peaceful inland waterway with access to the Saint Lucie River leading all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are just a short 20 minute drive away. With deluxe movie theaters, endless shopping, and five-star dining, you will never run out of things to do. Get ready for the ultimate Florida getaway. This brand new apartment, located on the 2nd floor of this river home, can comfortably sleep up to four guests, with a brand new full size bed in the master suite and a couch that can convert to another full size bed in the living room. These separate rooms have a door that closes in between them to create two private sleeping areas if you are traveling in a group. We prepare the master suite with lush bed linens, and there will be additional bedding in the guest supply closet that can be used for the couch bed. The luxurious master bath is equipped with a spacious rain shower with lots of hot water, large bath towels, and quality soaps so you will have everything you need to refresh and renew. This space has powerful ceiling fans in both the bedroom and Livingroom as well as a private, remote-operated mini-split air conditioning and heating unit allowing you to adjust the temperate to your ideal comfort preference. This apartment is made storm-safe, with hurricane proof windows and an all-house generator. For your entertainment, in the Livingroom you will find a selection of boardgames and a Book Nook and a flat screen, smart tv so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. Complimentary guest wifi is included during your stay. This apartment also comes with an efficiency kitchen with sink, microwave convection oven, electric stove top, and mini fridge, along with dishes, cookware, cooking oil spray, and salt / pepper. We provide all of the kitchen essentials needed to bring your own food and prepare meals during your stay. You will also have a fully-stocked coffee bar that includes a Keurig machine and French press, flavored coffee pods both decaf and regular, tea bags, sugar, and almond milk. We also provide fresh, clean water for drinking. There is a two-person dining table for eating your meals, but you can also choose to enjoy food and drinks on the private balcony overlooking the pool and waterway or on the large private patio with lots of cozy deck furniture. Along with booking this cozy, modern apartment, (during limited hours of the day) guests will have shared access to this home's beautiful backyard that has a large pool and outdoor lounge area with a firepit, all built above the waterway. You will have the chance to witness local wildlife including great diversity of birds and our local Osprey perched on it's favorite tree directly facing your balcony. If you are lucky, possibly even the endangered manatee or the famous Florida alligator cruising by on the current. After signing a waiver, you will also have access to our private dock and kayak so you can explore the waterways on your own time. For an additional fee, you can even bring your own boat to tie-off at our private dock (to initially access this waterway with your own boat, you will need to use the free parking at the local boat ramp to offload your water vessel). If you are not bringing a boat, we do offer free onsite parking for up to one vehicle. This apartment is adults-only and kept pet-free. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to this apartment during their stay. This private space includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room area with an efficiency kitchen and dining table. Private outdoor spaces include the attached balcony with view of the pool area and waterway, as well as a large patio for lounging attached to the apartment entrance. Guest access is through the garage, and does require guests to go up a single flight of stairs. The exterior door is keypad locked. Guest access code will be provided along with check-in instructions shortly before arrival date. The pool and dock area is a shared space and is only accessible to guests during limited hours. This area is open 9am to 8pm Sundays through Thursdays, and 9am to 11pm Fridays and Saturdays. The dock is only for guest use after signing a waiver that is available to be filled out upon arrival. Once this waiver is signed, we provide a Kayak for guest use. We also welcome guests to park their own boat at our private dock for an additional fee. Other things to note There is a very happy, spoiled pup that lives on property. Tiva is very friendly with people, but is not very welcoming towards other dogs, which is why our listing is not pet friendly. She is our security alarm system and will frequently let you know if someone is passing through the cul de sac or if her master steps out. This space is set up for adults only, and we will not be able to host any visitors that are younger than twelve years of age. We provide free parking for up to one vehicle. Waiver for dock and kayak use available in apartment upon arrival. Pool and dock hours will be posted onsite. Should you wish to dock your boat, please contact your host as additional fees will be required. If you do bring your boat, we advise arrival time during daylight hours, as the waterways are tricky to navigate. Please note that this neighborhood features one of the only covered-bridges in southeast Florida, which will limit the size of boats that can be docked.
