Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation. - Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations. - Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal. - Early check-in must be requested through the Guest Portal. - A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal. **Discounts Airbnb charges a 15% Guest Fee. We have opted to pay that fee for our guests and are happy to give you this 'built-in discount'. We have many different homes available and if you find that this home does not fit your budget, let us know so we can find a home in our collection that does! Other things to note * Rental Agreement: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message asking you to sign our required rental agreement. * Check-in Information: We send automated messages regarding your stay.
