Guest access A Spacious and Completely Private Space "La Cova House" is 100% rented so you and your guests can enjoy absolute privacy. Layout in two heights: - First floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room cozy, 4 bedrooms, full bathroom, toilet and room of laundry. - Second floor: 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a spacious living room with convertible pool table and bar equipped with a small fridge. Rooms for All! The 6 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1. Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds for 4. 2. Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed for 3 people. (Bed of 135x190 and up 90x190) 3.Room 3: 1 bed of 135 cm + 1 bed of 90 cm. 4. Bedroom 4: 1 bed of 160 cm + 1 optional bed (105/90/135 cm). 5. Room 5: 2 beds 180 x 190 cm. 6. Bedroom 6: 1 bed 180 x 200 cm. Current capacity: Up to 18 adults/children + 1 bed/cot optional. It is also possible to add extra mattresses as per your needs. Ask about the availability and price. Fully Equipped Bathrooms - 2 main bathrooms: Both with washbasin, WC and bidet. One with shower and the other with a bathtub. - 1 Toilet: With toilet, WC and bidet for added convenience. Everything you need in the Kitchen! "La Cova House" features a fully equipped kitchen with: Gas burners Oven and microwave. Dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Complete utensils for cooking and serving: dishes, cutlery, pots and cleaning utensils. Common Spaces for Relaxation and Fun! Two cozy living rooms: - First floor living room: With fireplace, TV, sofas para 5 personas and a table for 10-12 diners. - 2nd floor living room: With fireplace, TV, sofas for 5 people, a pool table convertible into dining table for 15-20 diners and a bar equipped with sink and small fridge. Exterior designed for enjoyment: - BBQ porch: Equipped with grills, utensils for paellas (6, 10 and 16 people) and a pile for easy cleaning. Sleeps up to 8-10 diners. - Private pool: 3.5 x 8 m, with hammocks, a table to relax and a perfect space to enjoy during spring and summer. Other things to note To ensure a responsible use of the resources, "La Cova House" has diesel heating, and a control of energy consumption, both heating and electricity will be carried out. This helps us foster sustainable practices and keep the home in optimal condition for all our guests. It should be noted that due to the risk of fires, Alcoy is currently on alert 3, maximum alert, and making a fire with wood or charcoal is completely prohibited by the municipal decree that indicates it. The barbecue has paellas and a gas ring, where you can cook the meat in the same place where you would with wood. It is a minor completely beyond our control.
