Building: Atlântico Norte is located in Bessa, one of the most valued and bustling regions of João Pessoa. The surroundings offer excellent infrastructure, with easy access to bakeries, markets, gas stations, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and some of the most famous kiosks in the region. Despite the strategic location, the building is surrounded by ample vegetation, providing tranquility and well-being. This is a recently inaugurated building, with new, modern, high-end environments and clean finishes, ensuring comfort and quality. The building was designed to offer maximum comfort to guests. In the common areas, you can enjoy an adult and children's pool, whirlpool, living area, playground, gym, toy library, game room, private parking space and 24-hour reception. Pool maintenance takes place on Mondays (except holidays). Guest access General Rules / Atlântico Norte Condominium Quiet hours: • 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Swimming Pool – Hours: • Monday: closed for maintenance (except holidays) • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. • Wednesday to Sunday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. • Glass objects are prohibited in the pool area, deck and pool gourmet area. • No speakers in any common area. • No smoking on the condominium premises. • Do not enter elevators while wet. • Garage gate: automatic opening, only 1 car at a time. Parking lot: • Parking in another apartment's parking space is prohibited. • The vehicle must be 100% within the parking space's demarcation. • If the car is out of line, parked crookedly, or occupying part of another space, the condominium will apply a fine. Guests : • Visitors are not allowed. Front desk: • No entry with swimwear. • Access with swimwear only through the side gate or service elevator. Elevadores: • Social elevator: not allowed for bathers, swimwear, luggage, garbage. • Service elevator: mandatory for bathers, luggage and garbage. Fines and Liability • Any rule broken is subject to a condominium fine. • The fine will be charged in full to the guest, being their total responsibility. Important Accommodation Information (Miramar Hosting) - No smoking in the property. -Check-in: from 3 p.m. | Check-out: until 12 p.m. (non-flexible times). - Early morning check-in requires a reservation the day before. ATTENTION: No visitors allowed; only registered guests. -Breakfast not included. - Cleaning is not daily; extra cleaning can be requested for a fee. - Linens included (sheets, pillowcases and towels according to the number of guests). We do not provide blankets or blankets. - Damages to the trousseau generate a charge; improper use of towels results in a fine of R$ 100.00 per piece. - Initial complimentary items: toilet paper, detergent and amenities (replenishment at the guest's expense). -After booking, it is mandatory to send a photo document and selfie of all guests.
