Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay even more comfortable. ✨ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM AREA✨ The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, including a coffee maker (with coffee, creamer, and sugar provided), stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking essentials. The living room offers a cozy space to relax, featuring a large sofa, a TV with Roku for streaming your favorites, a small workspace, a ceiling fan, and a dining table with seating for two. ✨ OUTSIDE SPACE ✨ The private patio features a dining table with seating for two, ideal for enjoying the greenery while sipping your morning coffee or having a sunset dinner under the string lights. Guest access You will have a private walkway/entrance on the side of the house that leads to the back unit. There is a privacy fence that separates the main house and the guest house. Other things to note 🔹There is a slight incline leading to the back of the property where the casita is located. 🏠 House Rules: • No parties or events • Only registered guests are allowed — no unregistered visitors or overnight guests • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM • Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
