Unique salt box house fronting on the bay. Located in a quaint fishing village, where you can watch the fishing boats come and go from the spacious front deck. Centrally located in the Bonavista Peninsula. Lots to see and do. If you're looking for a beautiful view, rest, relaxation, blueberry picking, hiking or exploring, then this is the place for you. The space Note that the 2 smaller bedrooms have low ceilings, as we have kept the house as original as possible. Guest access You can access all space in the house and shed. Available parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. Parking is at the back of house. A second vehicle can be parked in front by the road if needed. Other things to note The Summerville wharf is across the road. August is blueberry season and they are plentiful! Trinity - 35 kms (30 min) Bonavista - 56 kms (50 min) Elliston - 75 km (56 min) where you can see puffins Port Rexton - 33 km (25 min)Skerwink Trailhead is here and beautiful views! Sea of Whales - highly recommended whale tour out of Trinity or Princeton (depending where the whales are!) There are grocery stores in Clarenville and Port Rexton. Also, the Irving and Marine Atlantic gas stations have limited supplies. Update.. there's a new small grocery store in Princeton that has most everything you need! Registration Details 5626
