An outdoor lounge for two allows you to enjoy the view and brightness for a long time, while having breakfast, seeing lunch, aperitivo, dinner, or more ... All the furniture and equipment were installed in July 2024. You have a sofa bed with a 140 x 195 cm mattress. On April 28, 2026, the mattress was replaced with a NEW 22-cm-thick memory foam mattress. For each stay, I provide you with a duvet + 2 pillows + 1 set of 100% cotton bed linens. New, quiet, remote-controlled Daikin air conditioning was installed in April 2026. You'll also enjoy a beautiful 55-inch 4K OLED TV with fiber-optic internet, in case you feel like watching a movie. WiFi is provided. You have a dining table for two, and a kitchen equipped with a table-top fridge, a microwave oven, a 1-burner induction hob, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as all the necessary dishes for 2 guests. The bathroom, fully tiled , with a modern shower area, will make you enjoy the beautiful natural light during the day thanks to a sandblasted glass window that overlooks the living room. For each stay, I provide per guest 1 shower towel + 1 face towel, and I also offer hand gel + shower gel + shampoo. The toilet is separate to ensure the privacy of the place. Toilet paper rolls are available. You have a personal and private parking space which is secured by a key hoop at the foot of the apartment. The residence is secure by an electric gate with remote control (provided). Access to the residence's swimming pool is secured thanks to the same remote control (Digik function). Around the pool, you have about fifteen sunbeds available. The residence is also equipped with a pétanque court. The village of Saint-Tropez is 6 kms away, with a bike path to get there easily. The nearest beach is just 1500 meters away, as well as the first restaurants of Port-Grimaud. In front of the residence entrance, you have a gym and a laundromat. An Auchan hypermarket is a 3-minute drive away. In the mall parking lot, electric terminals (Supercharger Tesla) are available to charge electric and hybrid vehicles.
