New lower prices, Peaceful Rancher, self check-in

Kick back and relax in this calm, homey space. This house is a labor of love. I flipped it several years ago and have recently outgrown it. It is conveniently located near Turkey Creek (lots of shopping and eateries to choose from), Top Golf and Cotton Eyed Joe and more. It’s also just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Knoxville with multiple freeway entrance accesses. Just a short 1 hour (+ or -) drive to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Sevierville Gatlinburg and more! The space This rancher has two bedrooms: Master: 1 queen size bed Guest room: 1 queen size bed 1 twin size bed A full kitchen and dining area A washer and dryer (soap provided) A full bathroom There is a pergola in the back with a deck. It’s very peaceful. I have two rocking chairs, a bbq and a fire pit back there. Guest access As soon as you book your stay, Yale will message you a passcode for the front door. Other things to note I will allow pets in longer term renting agreements. There will be a fee that will apply for cleaning etc. please contact me if you have any questions!
