We are located in the best place in Checa, just 45 minutes from Quito or 12 minutes (depending on traffic) from Mariscal Sucre de Tababela International Airport. Guest access You can use our restaurant, which uses only top-quality products and is under the command of our Executive Chef. You can also use the sports courts such as: Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, multipurpose court and more. Other things to note • Breakfast is not a cost that is included in the Airbnb rate, but is a courtesy of the House. This service is provided only to guests staying at our place and is served from 8:00 am. Not applicable for earlier hours, or to go. • We offer, at an extra cost, private transportation service to and from the airport. And also tours or destinations where you want to go! • The Room has a telephone for convenient and fast communication for both guests and hosts. • It is a small, simple, ideal and comfortable room for 1 person. It could accommodate 2 people (at an extra cost), as long as they agree to the arrangement. • The room does not currently have a wifi connection. We have a Wi-Fi area where you can connect if you need to.
