You will have a large wardrobe in the double bedroom, a safe, a walk-in closet and a dresser in the bedroom with single beds. There is an iron, washing machine, hairdryer, and a very large shower. In the bedrooms there are two 9000 BTU heat pump air conditioners. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance, with a private courtyard for guests to use. Where there is a garden with gazebo, table and chairs, for breakfast or lunch and dinner in relaxation. The day before your arrival you will receive, via chat, the personal code to enter the courtyard and another code to enter the house: outside the front door there is a numeric keypad and to open it just type in the code! However, we will send you an illustrative video as further support. Please note that access to the house is permitted only AFTER valid identification documents have been registered, as required by Italian law. Other things to note Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Free luggage storage is available if requested by the guest and agreed with the Host.
