Close to Dolores on 120 acres, this farmhouse provides a peaceful stay with amazing views and wildlife! Four bedrooms with queen beds. The living room and kitchen have views of the La Platas. A full size shower in the main level bath and a half bath upstairs. Views of Mesa Verde, the Cortez valley, and the Sleeping Ute from the back deck. The kitchen offers all the essentials, plus a BBQ. This is a great place to call home when you experience the 4Corner attractions or simply get off the grid! The space Our property is a small farmhouse, about 1100 square feet, that accomadates a couple or family of 4 or 5 nicely. It has fans, but no mini split or air conditioning yet. The downstairs stays cool with opening windows. The upstairs is warmer, but windows can be opened and each room has a tall oscillating fan. During winter, there is main level heat and heaters are provided upstairs. We also want to disclose that the yard is not landscaped. A work in progress. Our home is on the 120 acres as well, but is a good distance away and out of sight. There are front and back door security cameras. Please, no smoking or pets. Guest access Guest booking must be 25 years or older. Due to safety concerns, it is highly recommended children be at least 5 and supervised outside. Inside there is a narrower stairway and outside there is a deep pond, barb wire fencing, full barn, and wildlife. Thank you for your understanding!
