Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy the Railway Trail. Very close proximity to City of Hamilton, South Shore beaches. Twizy charger. Must love dogs and cats - two very friendly critters live here with us! The Best Location for Pleasure or Work. The space The space offers a queen size bed with private bathroom, chest of drawers and hanging space on the back of the door, desk and chair for working on your laptop, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. Own front entrance with lockbox and plenty of parking. Patio doors lead straight out to the pool from the bedroom which you can use anytime with two sun loungers and umbrella. There is a Sonos system so you can blue tooth your own music to listen to quietly by the pool. The backyard is very private. Two Twizy chargers on the property. Our water is collected rainwater and is great to drink. We have a very large tank so water is not an issue at our house. Use of shared laundry room which has a basic kitchenette i.e. apartment size fridge (ice tray), stove top two ring electric burner, kettle, toaster, Magic bullet, coffee maker, microwave, china and cutlery etc. There is an iron and ironing board for your use. A small cooler bag with bottle/can opener and plastic glasses to use for the beach. Beach and pool towels provided. If you need anything else we are very glad to accommodate. We also provide hand soap, hair dryer and towel warmer rack in the bathroom. During your stay We are very happy to give you all the answers to your questions and to give you as much information as you need to make your stay a pleasurable one. We are Bermudian and and have all the right tips for places for you to visit during your stay! Please message us with any questions that you have or restaurant reservations that you would like made before your arrival and we will do our best to assist. If you need groceries let us know and we can purchase them on your behalf ready for your arrival. We are happy to take you to collect your rental bikes or to the grocery store etc if we are here or later in the day. We hope to meet you soon!!! PS Must love dogs and cats!!!! Did we say that earlier!!! Other things to note There is a Welcome Book with all the information you should need located in your room. We do have bugs here in Bermuda as we are a sub-tropical country. We have nothing that harms you but some irritants such as ants, flies, noseums and the worst in my opinion - cockroaches! Nothing that a wallop with your flip flop won't fix! These are all very common bugs and not much we can do about them without using harsh chemicals. We do not have snakes or any nasty spiders! The tree frogs will lull you to sleep and the lizards are friendly - both indoors and out! Beware of the doggie land mines - I do a "sweep" of the yard every morning but there may be some that drop during the day!!! My apologies.
