Third room connected to the bathroom with a queen pull out couch and smart TV. Full bathroom with shower / tub. Kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, full sized fridge / freezer and kitchen supplies. Dining area with seating for 4. Front patio with seating, great for relaxing with morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Fast speed fiber Wi-Fi. Central Air Conditioning. Individual room heating. Washer and dryer. Pack N Play and High Chair available in the closet. Guest access You will have your own entrance on the ground floor. Airbnb will send you a unique code to the door prior to your arrival. There is free street parking but it is only available on one side of the street so sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot near by. Please note the driveway and backyard are not for Airbnb guests. Other things to note Please note that we have a toddler and a dog. We do our best to be respectful of noise, especially at night, but you will likely hear footsteps, other toddler noises and occasional barking.
