Located 4 km from the center of Fethiye, Villa Tan is a modern holiday villa completed in June 2022. Located among olive trees, the villa has separate swimming pools for adults and children in a large garden. With a capacity of 4 people, the villa has two bedrooms, a jacuzzi and a sauna. Ideal for families and groups of friends, this villa offers a peaceful holiday with comfortable living spaces. The space Villa Tan Features Kitchen It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. Living room: Comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, LCD TV, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace. 2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning. There is a shared WC-bathroom and sauna in the corridor. General Information All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people. Outdoor Pool: It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. There is also a 4 m2 children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. Garden: There is a lawn area, olive trees, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, sitting group, hammock, swing, fireplace, barbecue and parking lot. Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is minimum 50mbps. Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights. Other things to note Guests arriving with pets are accepted on the condition that their pets bring their own beds, do not take them to the beds and seating groups in the villa and do not put them in the pool.
