Located in a quiet and central area of Cavaion Veronese, it is convenient to reach both the lake and the mountains in a few minutes by car or bicycle, even the theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva are not far away. The space Open the front door, on the ground floor, you will find yourself in front of a modern kitchen, characterized by an elegant and minimalist design. The wall-mounted part is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and many shelves and shelves where inside you will find plates, glasses and cutlery, and it also enjoys a free and smooth floor where cooking will be fun and comfortable. Then the kitchen also has a spacious island with refined stools ideal for breakfasts in the morning, on this floor there is a state-of-the-art induction top with an integrated hood. There's no shortage of air conditioning and Wi-Fi in this space. Also on the ground floor there is a living room with a cozy atmosphere characterized by a vaulted ceiling that creates a soft and inviting effect. The living room also serves as a dining room with a wooden elliptical table surrounded by elegant chairs with a burgundy padded back and cream. Behind the living room is the very large sofa that offers an abundant seating area, ideal for moments of relaxation. In front of the sofa there is a panel that supports the TV, where you can see both digital and satellite channels, and it is also connected to the internet with a LAN cable. The television is also equipped with a bracket that can be turned to allow you to view it completely from the dining table. This place has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The last space on the ground floor is a half bathroom. Going down the stairs again, you will find a hobby room equipped with karaoke, an electronic darts game🎯, and more... Going up the stairs, we find ourselves on the first floor where we have 2 very spacious double bedrooms (one room can be a double for single use and has a third single bed) equipped with: upholstered sommier beds and mattresses with memory toppers, a TV always connected to the Internet and digital, and air conditioning. The closets are large and very comfortable for use, designer bedside tables and desks with upholstered chairs in blue. The bathroom that these two rooms share is generous in size with a walk-in shower, with glass panel, the sink area with a lit mirror, and the various designer shelves make the bathroom cozy. In the dressing room, you will find a washing machine for your clothes. On the top floor, as soon as we climb the stairs we find a very large Bathroom with Finnish sauna, spacious shower, this area is the most relaxing interior part of the house, designed to read books and listen to music thanks to the voice assistant "Ok Google" and watch the sunset on Lake Garda and the whole village of Cavaion from the window. Once this space is always air-conditioned and connected to the wi-fi network of the house, we find the last bedroom always with a padded sommier bed and memory copper, the largest of the 3 with views of Lake Garda, TV and with a refined, modern and original design. Cabinets and shelves will make your clothes comfortable too! The house has a beautiful private garden that acts as a terrace overlooking the village. During the day, it's an excellent spot for sunbathing, thanks to the sun loungers and a solar shower to cool off. In the evening, it's perfect for stargazing while swinging in the hammock.
