Located in a quiet and central area of Cavaion Veronese, it is convenient to reach both the lake and the mountains, theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva, thermal parks and golf courses in a few minutes by car or bicycle. The space Open the front door, on the ground floor, you will find yourself in front of a modern kitchen, characterized by an elegant and minimalist design. The wall-mounted part is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and many shelves and shelves where you will find dishes, glasses and cutlery, it also has a free and smooth surface where cooking will be fun. The kitchen is also equipped with a spacious island with stools in a refined style ideal for breakfast in the morning. On this floor, there is a latest-generation induction cooktop with an integrated hood. This space is not lacking in air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Also on the ground floor is a living room with a cozy atmosphere characterized by a vaulted ceiling that, when lit, creates a soft and inviting effect. The living room also serves as a dining room with an elliptical wooden table surrounded by elegant chairs with padded backrests in burgundy and cream. At the back of the room is the very large sofa that offers an abundant seating area, ideal for relaxing moments. In front of the sofa is a panel that supports the TV, where you can watch both digital and satellite channels, and is also connected to the internet with a LAN cable. The television is also equipped with a bracket that can be turned to allow full viewing even from the dining table. This room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Going up the stairs, we find ourselves on the first floor where we have 2 very spacious double bedrooms (one room can be DUS and has a third single bed) equipped with: padded sommier beds and mattresses with memory toppers, TV always connected to the Internet and digital and air conditioning. The closets are large and very comfortable to use, designer bedside tables and desks with upholstered chairs in blue. The bathroom shared by these two rooms is generously sized with a walk-in shower, with a glass panel, the sink area with an illuminated mirror and the various designer shelves make the bathroom cozy. In the dressing room, you will find a washing machine for your clothes. On the top floor, as soon as you finish climbing the stairs, you will find a very large bathroom with a very large Finnish sauna and a spacious shower. This area is the most relaxing part of the house, designed for reading books and listening to music thanks to the voice assistant "Ok Google" and watching the sunset over Lake Garda and the entire town of Cavaion from the window. After this space, which is always air-conditioned and connected to the house's Wi-Fi network, we find the last bedroom, again with a padded sommier bed and copper in memory, the largest of the 3 with a view of Lake Garda, TV and a refined, modern and original design. Wardrobes and shelves will also make your clothes comfortable! The house has a beautiful private garden that serves as a terrace overlooking the village. By day, it is an excellent spot for sunbathing, thanks to the sun loungers and a solar shower for cooling off. In the evening, it is perfect for watching the stars while swinging in the hammock. The almost surreal silence in this garden in the evening is out of this world: you will feel like you are alone even though you are in the middle of the village.
