On the ground floor, there are 3 single beds in the 1st bedroom, a sofa in the living room, a single armchair, TV, air conditioning (in the living room), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, tea set, microwave, stove and dinnerware), a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and 1 bathroom. On the upper duplex floor, there is a large terrace and a seating area, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobes, and a separate 2nd bathroom.
