Guest access Hassle-free self check-in with secure smart lock access Other things to note Security Cameras Two exterior security cameras are located near the front and back doors. These are used to assist with guest arrivals, confirm departures, and support housekeeping services. Footage may be reviewed to verify occupancy limits, unauthorized pets, parties, or parking violations. Cameras are active but not actively monitored. There are no surveillance devices inside the home. Only registered guests are permitted to stay—this policy is strictly enforced. Pet Policy One dog is allowed per stay and must be disclosed at the time of booking. A standard pet fee applies, which helps us prepare the home and uphold the high standard of cleanliness our guests appreciate. Pet Stay Guidelines will be sent after booking. All dog waste must be picked up; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. Undisclosed pets will incur additional cleaning charges. Respect for the Space We genuinely appreciate your care for our well-loved home. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained space for you to enjoy. Please leave the home in clean, undamaged condition upon departure. Quiet Hours & Outdoor Use To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
