The firepit is propane, please do not ever leave it unattended and always turn it off at the tank. Please be gentle with the hammock and swing chair, only 1 person per piece of furniture. Please clean the grill after use. Laundry: Washer and dryer free for use, available right in the kitchen! Pets: Are allowed with a one-time $100 pet fee. Pets must stay off the furniture and go potty outside. All doggie business must be disposed of before departure. Parking: * Parking is the driveway of the front main home. Rear parking and gated and available on site, however, access is from the back alleyway. Details will be sent on day of arrival. Supplies: We will get you started with tp, trash bags, etc. However, you will be responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Amenities: Please review our amenities list to make sure you have everything you may need during your stay. If you need something we don't have we will do our best to get them for you. Late checkout requires 24-hour notice, and we do our best to accommodate but can't make guarantees. Luggage drop-off is usually approved. Check-In- Between 10 and 3, it gives us just enough time to clean up to the CDC Guidelines and do any maintenance upkeep we need to accomplish. We want your stay to be perfect, so we hope you understand and will do out best to accommodate a early check-in. Guest access The lower level behind the main home is the Airbnb, and for guests only. Also, there is optional free gated parking for you located off the rear alleyway. There is also a front unit that is also an Airbnb. While both units are part of the same structure, they are fully private and entirely separated, with no shared interior access between them. Each unit has its own entrance, living spaces, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. There is no ability for guests in one unit to access the other, ensuring privacy, comfort, and a true “two homes in one” experience. Other things to note All the windows have original bars on them, for any potential fire exits, you will need to pull on the string to release the bars.
