Rooftop with living room, dinning table, lounge chairs and a second small pool. *All of our installations are private and the residence has security 24/7 The space The most amazing view of the bay of Acapulco in this gorgeous Mexican villa • Possibility of a discount for longer rents. • Everyday cleaning included (for monthly rents the cleaning service is included but not every day). • Starting from 16 guests we have an extra fee of $500 pesos per night per person and we hired additional help for cleaning that charges $600 pesos per day. • The cook, she can make you breakfast, lunch, seafood and can leave dinner ready. She can bring you fresh seafood, her cooking skills are excellent and she charges $700 pesos per day in cash • If your group is larger than 16 guests and you hired the cooking service, the cook needs additional help that charges $600 pesos per day. • Security, privacy and comfort. • We can receive large groups with extra fees. The villa 5 big rooms all with a beautiful views. -Main room: located in the first floor. Dressing room, king size bed, king size bed/sofa, full bathroom, air conditioning and TV. -Room 2: located in the second floor. 2 queen size beds, 1 individual size bed, full bathroom, air conditioning and smartv with TV. -Room 3: located in the second floor. 2 queen size beds, full bathroom, air conditioning, full bathroom and smartv with TV. -Room 4: located in the second floor. 1 king size bed, full bathroom outside right in front of the room, air conditioning and TV. -Room 5: located in the second floor. 1 King size bed, full bathroom, air conditioning. -1 half bathroom in the first floor. Accommodations -Fully equipped kitchen -Dinning room for 12 people -Living room with 65 inches smartv with Netflix included -Internet -2 bars -Garden -Infinity pool with view of the iconic Acapulco bay (located in the first floor) -Rooftop with: a second pool, bar, grill, outdoors dinning room and tanning beds. - 10 minute drive to the beach Icacos. Check in and check out, can be change with a previous negotiation for an early check in and late check out (the fee will be calculated depending on the extra hours.) Sergio, my local administrator will receive you, I`ll give you his contact number so you can coordinate your arrival and exit. He would show you the house, amenities, give you the keys and you must give him the security deposit for possible damages and/or loud parties ($4000 pesos M/N). He would return it to you on your check out, once the house is checked and free of damage and or fines for loud parties. It is important to let Sergio know if you are going to arrive later than the settled check in. Sergio can receive you maximum at 8 PM. If your check in is later than that the keys will be left with security. To be able to get the keys you will have to identify yourself with an official ID and show the transfer of the security deposit to Sergio via message. Other things to note The house is located in a private community so we ask to all of our guests to be polite with the neighbor’s and not to have parties or loud noises. Fines for parties will be pay from the security deposit immediately. We previously hire extra staff for when you ask for extra services so we can have them ready and on time for your reservation. We don’t have a return policy for extra services requests (early check in, late check out, extra guests, extra staff, etc.)
