Large playroom and Laundry Room. 1st Level: Office / guest bedroom, kitchen, family room, formal living room, dining room. -Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. -Living Areas: Living room with plenty of seating, a Grand piano and large windows overlooking the gardens. -Kitchen: Fully equipped with eat-in-kitchen island, counter stools, and modern appliances. Kitchen dining area, perfect for quick family meals. -Family room: equipped with TV and a pull-out couch. -Dining Room: A formal, large dining area, ideal for family gatherings. -Family / Play Room: Large sectional couch and 65" TV to end the day + Kid's play room area, ideal for family movie night. No Day Visitors without approval Other things to note The basement level has a separate private entrance and is occupied by a quiet long-term resident. Guests have exclusive use of the house, backyard, playground, patio, and pool areas. Pool is Seasonal: The Pool is open from May 20 2025 through mid-September. The Pool will be closed on September, 2025. Pool gets serviced twice a week and will be coordinated with the guest. Pool is not heated. Chicken coop: The chicken coop is visible but not accessible to guests. Chickens are fed exclusively by our designated caretaker. Landscapers: Company comes once a week, it's all done outdoors for about 45 minutes, previously coordinated with the owner. No need to be home. Safety Note – Pool Access We kindly request the first names only and general occupations of guests as a light-touch alternative to formal pool waivers. This helps us stay compliant with liability and safety guidelines, especially when children are present or when group dynamics vary. Last names are not required, and all info stays private.
