Here’s what you can expect: ✨ Bedrooms: Four cozy bedrooms designed for relaxation, including a fun bunk room specifically for kids, plus a crib for the littlest guests. ✨ Game Room: Equipped with a pool table, board games, a giant Connect 4, and a bar—perfect for leisure and entertainment. ✨ Chef’s Kitchen: A chef’s dream, our kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all your favorite spices, cooking oils, and modern appliances—ideal for cooking and entertaining. ✨ Living Room: Large area with comfortable seating and a big screen smart TV—great for family meals and gatherings. ✨ Indoor Dining Room: Features a large table to accommodate the whole family, complemented by incredible views that make every meal special. ✨ Outdoor Dining and Lounge Areas: Enjoy meals and relaxation outdoors. Multiple lounge areas including a luxurious hot tub are available for your enjoyment and relaxation. Each space is thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, excluding the studio guesthouse, art studio building, garage, and basement, which are off limits. Please note, the studio guesthouse is listed separately on Airbnb and there may be other guests on the property. However, these guests will not have access to the main house, backyard or hot tub, ensuring your privacy and exclusive enjoyment of these areas. Other things to note Access Restrictions: Please note that there is no access to the garage or the basement during your stay. Studio Guesthouse: The studio guesthouse on the property is listed separately. There may be other guests on the property during your stay, although their access is restricted to ensure your privacy. Booking Options: Interested in more space? You can rent both the main house and the guesthouse together. Please inquire for details and availability if you need accommodations for a larger group. Downstairs Shower: The downstairs shower includes a significant step down that may be challenging for some guests. Please consider this if mobility is a concern. Bedroom Layout: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are technically one very large room that has been divided into two distinct spaces with an interior door and wall. Please note, Bedroom 2 does not have a closet. Lake Access: Our home is situated on a street that dead-ends at Lake Combie, just a short quarter-mile walk away. While the lake is private with no public access points unless you own lakefront property, we enjoy walking down to admire the serene views, especially at sunset. Fireplace Use: Although our home has five fireplaces, only the one in the living room is available for guest use.
