This newly built townhome, completed in 2024, features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is just 12 minutes from Disney. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and has been professionally decorated. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is designed with a Monsters Inc. theme and equipped with full bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, and coffee maker. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The home also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The spacious living area downstairs offers a lovely view of the patio and the conservation area behind the house, with no rear neighbors. . Your stay includes access to 7 beautiful community pools.
