Welcome to our garden cottage – a charming 2-bedroom stay (37 sqm) with private entrance and all amenities for a comfortable stay. Located just 3 km from the Academic Hospital and 4 km from the city center, this is an ideal place for solo travelers, couples, interns or small families. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with a large supermarket in less than 5 minute walking distance. As a guest, you can also use the swimming pool exclusively at “the White Lotus”. The space The cottage is fully independently furnished for both short and long stays. Inside you will find: - A kitchenette with sink, electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. - A private bathroom with a warm shower and toilet. - A living space with sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. - A spacious master bedroom (13.5 m²) with double bed, air conditioning, desk, mirror, sink and ample storage space. - A second bedroom (5 m²) with single bed, ideal for a child, guest or extra storage. For those who like to cook more extensively or enjoy the outdoors, there is a covered terrace with picnic table, hammock and an extra 2-burner gas stove. (Gas stove temporarily out of service) Guest access - Shared washing machine (to be used by appointment). - Covered outdoor space at the main residence (shared). - Private use of the swimming pool at the White Lotus. (on your own). - Indoor badminton (own initiative/surcharge) - Archery on Sundays (own initiative/surcharge) Other things to note Clean bedding (2 per room) and towels (2 per person) are provided. For longer stays, we ask you to do the laundry yourself. - Weekly discount of 10% and monthly discount (22%) apply. - To save energy, please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the cottage.
