An additional double bedroom ensures ample accommodation options. The house is equipped with five full bathrooms and a guest powder room, guaranteeing convenience and privacy for all occupants. The spacious living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, offers the ideal setting for relaxation or entertaining guests. Outdoors, a private swimming pool invites you to unwind and enjoy sunny days, while the sauna adds a touch of wellness and rejuvenation. Other things to note Cleaning is included in all stays. It takes place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please note that the person responsible for cleaning lives in an annex on the property with their dog but does not have access to the main house or common areas, ensuring the privacy of our guests. Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability. Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
