The space Renovated in 2020 with walls removed for an open-concept design. This spacious home features large ceramic tile flooring throughout and comfortable decor. Each bedroom has a TV, and the living room boasts a large smart TV. A streaming device is also connected to the master bedroom TV. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, and drip coffee maker. Enjoy ample space in the living/dining room, the enclosed lanai with two recliners and a dedicated workspace featuring a desk, monitor, and printer for your convenience, connect your own computer & mouse, and relax in a bonus Arizona sunroom. The garage accommodates two cars, but is typically used for one car and a golf cart. The house also offers a large laundry room with a washer, dryer, and folding table, and an extra queen sized bed for a weekend visitor and/or the kids, an outdoor portable grill (propane not included), patio seating, and a newly installed AC/Heat unit. Guest access We keep a dedicated room (Owner's Suite) and enjoy using our vacation home when it is not occupied by guests. As many renters are only single couples.
