This charming vacation home can be rented as a whole and can accommodate up to 29 people, spread over 10 separate rooms (excluding babies). The beautiful garden offers several sunny corners, a playground with swings and slides, and a covered petanque court. Parties are not allowed. We also have 2 extra beds that are movable and can be placed in some rooms. A baby bed is not available in the vacation home. These comfortable and cozy rooms ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay in Holiday Home De Stokerij. Guest access General - Lounge The 70m² salon is the perfect place to relax with your family or friends. Whether you want to catch up, have aperitifs or just laze around, this lounge offers the ideal atmosphere with a cozy bar, large smart TV and a cozy fireplace. - Porch In the 60m² veranda you can enjoy delicious meals with great views. It is the perfect place for a shared meal in a cozy ambiance. - Play corner For the children, there is a play corner with table football, board games and games for the little ones. They can have fun here for hours. - Kitchen The professional kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate large groups. You will find everything you need: refrigerators, oven, cookers, cooking and eating utensils. Cooking for a large group becomes a pleasure in this kitchen. A collect&go container can easily be placed in the refrigerator. - Garden The spacious private garden, where the sun shines all day, is a wonderful place to spend time. There are tables, chairs and a BBQ available, so you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. - Private Parking The private parking accommodates about 15 cars and has a charging station for electric vehicles. You don't have to worry about parking space. - Bicycle and/or Motorcycle Storage In the parking lot, there is a spacious enclosed storage room for bicycles and motorcycles, so you can safely store your vehicles. - Sauna and Steam Cabin In a separate pavilion in the garden, you will find a sauna and steam cabin. Can be rented per 3 hours between sunrise and sunset: €125.00 - Free WiFi Of course, there is free WiFi available throughout the vacation home. Other things to note Included in the price: - Clean bed linen - Kitchen package (dishcloth, kitchen towel, dishwasher cubes, kitchen paper, garbage bags) - Parking - Final cleaning. The vacation home must be left clean. - Enclosed space for bicycles, motorcycles, etc. - Normal consumption of water, electricity and gas - Starter package with garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, … - Unlimited use of stable and fast Wi-Fi - Tourist tax Not included: - Bath linen (towel package can be rented extra at check-in) - Security deposit of €500. This will be refunded to the same account within 2 weeks of your stay. After your reservation, we will provide you with the account number. This must be paid within 14 calendar days. - Sauna and steam cabin: can be rented per 3 hours during sunrise and sunset: €125.00
