It will be thoroughly clean upon your arrival, and fresh towels and linens will be provided. You may need to purchase additional quantities during your stay. ► The property is located in a wooded wilderness area. Despite regular pest control, encounters with insects or animals (inside or outside) are possible and cannot be fully prevented. Such incidental sightings do not render the cabin uninhabitable, nor constitute grounds for refunds or compensation. ► DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR TRASH IN VEHICLES OR OUTSIDE THE CABIN. Secure all garbage in the bear-resistant containers provided. Always lock cabin and vehicle doors and windows when leaving, even briefly. ► Refunds will not be issued for weather conditions, road conditions, utility outages, internet interruptions, or guest discomfort with mountain terrain or driving conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. ► Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, with login details available in the cabin and via email. While generally reliable, uninterrupted service or specific speeds cannot be guaranteed, and disruptions do not warrant refunds. ► Rates vary by platform and are updated daily. Discounts and specials apply ONLY TO NEW RESERVATIONS and are not retroactive. ► Guests acknowledge that mountain properties may experience occasional interruptions outside the owners’ control, including utility outages, weather impacts, fallen branches, road delays, or internet disruptions. Guests are not entitled to compensation or refunds for any such interruptions. ► Stays longer than 8 nights may require an interim cleaning at an applicable cleaning fee. ► Guests are required to inspect the property promptly upon arrival and report any housekeeping, maintenance, damage, or inventory concerns immediately.
