Sunshine Getaway is a completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort! Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, this stylish and modern second-floor unit has a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a balcony that features breath-taking views of the resort! Guests have free access to Windsor Palms many amenities, such as the community pool, tennis court, arcade, clubhouse, movie theatre and more! The space When you first walk into the unit, straight ahead is the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. Paper towels and a dish sponge are provided to guests, and they have access to the cleaners and soaps that are under the sink. Also under the kitchen sink is a roll of garbage bags that the guests can use through their stay. The living room has one plush white couch, an armchair, a TV console and a large TV. There are books in the living room, and the TV is a smart TV. Off to the side in the living room is the dining area. The table can seat 6, and the chairs are also white plush. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large dresser, two nightstands and a wall mounted TV. There is a small closet that contains a safe/file cabinet drawer that guests can use, as well as the vacuum cleaner. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. This stunning large bathroom has a glass tile shower, a large vanity and sink, and a toilet. 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided to start the guests off for their stay. The shower has bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that guests are welcome to use. There is also hand soap for guests to use as well. The kids’ room is ocean themed, and the walls are adorned with nautical and fish wall stickers. There is a bunk bed and a small dresser with some books and little toys. The second bathroom (which is between the kid’s room and the queen room) has another glass tile shower, a small vanity and a toilet. There is a small towel cubby that’s behind the bathroom door that has extra towels and washcloths. 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided for the beginning of the stay, and there is also shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap available as well. Guest access Guests are not allowed to access the closet in the master bathroom, as that is the owner's closet and is locked. The closet in the kid's bedroom is also off limits as that is the storage closet our cleaning crew utilizes. Other than that, the guests are able to access everything else in the unit. Please do not move the heavy furniture in the unit, as the floors scratch easily. The bathrooms in the unit each have 2 rolls of toilet paper for guests to use to start out their stay with, but they are expected to replenish if more is needed the rest of the stay. Same goes for the paper towels in the kitchen. Windsor Palms Resort, located right off of Formosa Gardens Boulevard. Windsor Palms has several amenities, all of which are available for guests. All of these amenities are a short walk away from the house. Most all of these resort amenities are free. These include: * A tennis court * A basketball court * A playground * A community pool with a kid's splash pad area and hot tub * A 57 seat movie theatre * An arcade and game room * A sundry shop with essentials and select food items * The Tiki Bar located by the pool area * A gym and fitness room * A picnic/BBQ area And so much more! The resort has a security gate and guards present 24/7. With so much nearby, it's no wonder why so many families choose to stay in the Windsor Palms Resort! Other things to note Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $400 security deposit. This is the checkout list: 1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside. 2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled. 3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used. Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning have thoroughly studied and utilized Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process to help you and your family feel comfortable while staying with us. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors.
