There's also a picnic table and a grill right behind the home making outdoor dining a breeze - with a view and a breeze! Don't forget about the hot tub! Inside the home you will enjoy an open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen coupled with vaulted ceilings which make the home feel spacious. Downstairs and down the hallway are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top, a wall mounted TV great for the kids! The bathroom has a vanity with his and her sinks, a bathtub and toilet. Upstairs is the master suite where you will enjoy a King size bed complete with wall mounted TV, a closet and built in cabinetry. Adjoining the master bedroom is a modern and luxurious master bathroom complete with custom shower, bidet toilet, natural light from both the skylight as well as the shower wall cubby. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home as well as the outdoor backyard area adjacent to the home including the fire pit and outdoor seating and hot tub. There is another airbnb rental unit on this property, a retro RV, which we ask you to not access or approach and we ask the same of the guests not to access or approach the home of the property. This unit may or may not be occupied and can hardly be seen from the home as it is on a lower level and set in its own private space. If you need more room for your guests you could rent this in addition to sleep another 4 guests. Other things to note This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be cancelled and will lose access to the home without a refund. Please also book for the correct number of guests. This house accommodates a max of 10 people (sleeping accommodations beds for 7, couches for 2). Upon booking please indicate you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee should be added onto the reservation. If you are bringing more than one pet the additional fees will have to be manually added as a reservation alteration.
