Studio with beautiful sea view and private swimming pool

A spacious private studio under our house overlooking the sea located in a quiet urbanization. No other guests. Several terraces that you can use. A large private swimming pool. There is an outdoor kitchen that can be used until 10 p.m. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large nature reserve where you can hike or mountain bike. Our studio is a 10-minute drive from the beach of Lloret de Mar. Your dog is welcome under certain conditions, but not in our swimming pool. The space In the studio there is a fridge, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a ceiling fan and a kettle. In our beautiful outdoor kitchen, you can barbecue, but you can also cook on the electric hob. Pans are provided. The dishes can be placed in the outdoor kitchen. Guest access The studio, terraces and swimming pool are for your private use. However, you walk past our entrance to the private entrance of the studio. The key to the studio and the entrance is universal. Other things to note The studio has its own entrance, private terraces and access to the swimming pool. The pool is not used by us or by others. My husband and I live above the studio, have our own entrance and have 3 small dogs. We and our dogs do not enter the areas where our guests can stay. So there is more than enough privacy to recreate undisturbed. In the outdoor kitchen, you can barbecue or cook until 10 p.m. (A barbecue ban may be issued by the government.) If you come and bring your dog, it is important to know that the dog is not allowed in the pool. Breakfast is not included but can be booked.
